I was ridiculously hungry this morning!  So much so that I had two breakfasts!  I had some peanut butter toast with peanut butter and chocolate chips on my way out the door.  Once I got to work, I had a bowl of cereal.  Bringing cereal and milk to leave at the office was a brilliant idea; perfect for days like this.

I’ve had Who Says, the latest song from Selena Gomez on repeat this morning!  It has a great message, very Operation Beautiful-esque.

I was hungry again less than two hours later.  I drank some water and that did nothing, so I broke into the snack drawer.  I grabbed these Dole Real Fruit Bites that were in the swag bag from the National Half Marathon.  The texture was not at all what I was expecting.  They were good to tide me over until lunch, but I wouldn’t buy them.

I found this Thai Sweet Potato soup from a brand I hadn’t heard of before, Pacific Natural Foods, and decided to give it a whirl.  Except, it was a couple months ago that I actually bought it and never got around to eating it.  I’m not a big soup fan in the spring/summer months, so I figured I should eat it up.

Although a bit spicier than I would have expected from a boxed soup, it was really good!  I love spicy stuff, so it didn’t bother me.  It had a really good flavor and great ingredients with all “real” foods and pretty decent nutritionally (a bit high in sodium, but that’s expected for packaged soup).

A solid win.  I will definitely buy their brand again!

The Pacific brand red pepper-tomato soup is to die for. So good.

I concur. 🙂 I’ve tried many of their soups (I usually stock up at Costco, but I know Harvest Health carries them, too) and haven’t had a bad one yet.
