weekly recap: week of 12.08 – 12.14

Can I just pretend this week didn’t happen?  All around, it was not the most stellar in terms of my weight loss, fitness, and overall healthy living goals.  Between a lot of various factors (my dad’s surgery, house/dog sitting, going away to Winter Camp for the weekend) I just felt so off my game.  Excuses, reality, laziness…maybe a little of everything.  Whatever the case, this was not my most stellar week, but it happens to the best of us.  I woke up this morning and shook off a not so hot week, and I’m ready for a fresh start.  This week will be better.

weight loss.

last week: 162.4
this week: 163.8 (+1.4)
total lost:  69.2

Boo.  I wasn’t surprised though and if anything, I was actually expecting a higher number.

workout plans.

thursday: run 3 <– and thus marks the only workout I got in all. week. long. #fail
friday:  run 4
saturday:  rest day – Anthem winter camp
sunday:  [tentative] hot yoga
monday:  bike 7 + zumba
tuesday:  run 3 + powerflex
wednesday:  rest day

Yep.  One workout…it’s better than none, but I’m anxious to get my sweat on again!

friday:  powerflex + zumba
saturday:  run 4
sunday:  hot yoga
monday:  bike 7 + zumba
tuesday:  run 4
wednesday:  hot yoga

goals.

{last week.}
one:  take a multivitamin every morning.
two:  drink 100 ounces of water a day.
three:  work towards an awesome weigh in; I’d love, love, love to be back in the 150s next week.

I started off the week so motivated – and did really well for a couple of days. Then Winter Camp came along and completely threw me off my game. I’m going with the same goals again this time around in hopes that it all goes better.

three:  be under 160 pounds by the end of 2011.

I’m having a rough week this week so I know how it feels… This darkness is really affecting my motivation to run!
