It’s going on 8:30. I’ve been home for less than half an hour and just had dinner. I’m a girl that usually eats by 6:30 at the latest, so it was a late meal for me. I’m exhausted, but it’s been a lovely evening and I’m feeling happy.
After work, I went to a yoga class at the Y. It’s been ages since I went to an actual class and it was such a welcome change! I will definitely be making a habit of going back!
As soon as my class was over, I booked it out so I could get to the introductory session for my boot camp class. They took starting measurements and there was a talk on nutrition, but I skipped out on that. My nutrition at that point was getting food in my stomach!
I threw together a peanut butter sandwich once I got home. (Sorry the picture is blurry!)
I sprinkled some chia seeds on top! Yum! I am quickly becoming a big fan of them!
Time to rewind to lunch time! My sister came and took me out for a birthday lunch! I think she thought I was crazy because I picked Subway, but I wanted a sandwich chock full of veggies! I had the veggie delight on honey oat with pepperjack, honey mustard, and lots of fresh vegetables!
I paired it with some Sun Chips. I’m predictable at Subway!
Around 4ish, I had some trail mix my sister gave me. It was just what I needed to get me through to dinner!
I’m off to work on some bridal shower invites and watch Glee reruns! Oh and P.S? Two weeks from tonight? GLEE PREMIERE!!!! So very, very excited!!
