pretending it’s the glee project.

I wasn’t crazy hungry by the time I left work, but I knew I needed something before working out.  Bring on the CLIF bar.

I did 7.0 miles on the bike tonight – I had planned for one less, but had a bit of extra time.  Every half mile, I increased the resistance by 1 until I got to 5.0 miles and slowly decreased for the last 2.0 miles.  I finished in 31:38.

During Zumba, I got it in my head that I was on The Glee Project and we were in dance rehearsals for that week’s video.  Naturally, I had to impress the totally adorbs Zach Woodlee so he’d have my back to advance to the next week.

I was clearly the best dancer on the show. 😉 And clearly, I have a very vivid imagination.  But, it made me feel more confident in my dancing during class, so whatever works.

Dinner was a “throw all the veggies that are on the brink of edibility in a pan and add them to a grain” effort.  I used zucchini, summer  squash, red pepper, broccoli, halved cherry tomatoes, a little garlic, and a can of diced tomatoes to round it out.  I used bulgar for the grain.

And, wine. Yes please.

The Proposal is on TV tonight!  I absolutely love this movie!

Thanks! It was so delicious! A little onion or something along those lines would have been a great addition, too.
