I am not getting sick.
I am not getting sick.
I am NOT getting sick.

The migraine/sinus headache combo I had most of the day still has not faded.  I love that it’s spring, because well, it’s spring and after a long Michigan winter, it’s a welcomed change.

My sinuses are not as much of a fan.

I ended up bailing on running after all.  On one hand, I feel like I’m really going to regret it on Saturday, but more realistically, a few missed runs are really not the end of the world at this point in my training.  I want to get at least one in before the half, but I know my body well enough not too push it too hard when I’m not feeling well.

When I got home, I made myself a big smoothie in a bowl.  I wanted all the nutrients I could get!  I had mango Chobani, almond milk, frozen peaches, mango, and blackberries, spinach, rolled oats, a banana, and a scoop of protein powder.  I topped it all off with a bit of granola.

The bowl was about as close to overflowing as it could be, without actually overflowing.

That’s a lot of stuff in one bowl!

I’m really not sure how it’s already 10:30 pm.  Seriously, what did I actually do with my night?
