feeling the powerflex.

I have been playing “For Good” from last night’s Glee over and over and over and over.  I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve listened to it already today, but it’s likely far more than necessary.  Certainly far more than any normal person would listen.

With going out to watch the finale last night, I was up a bit later than I would have liked, so it was another rough morning.  One night, I’ll get back to a normal sleeping schedule!

Breakfast was a quick one this morning.  The snooze button was my friend a bit more than it usually is.  We’re tight, me and Mr. Snooze Button.  BFFs, even.  After I finally got up and moving around, I had an everything bagel with an array of toppings:  chia seeds, white chocolate chips, and a last minute addition of strawberry preserves.

Note to self:  putting the preserves on before the chia seeds and chips would have worked better.  Too bad I thought of it too late.  Next time.

I woke up this morning feeling surprisingly not sore after yesterday’s PowerFlex class.  As the morning went on, that progressively changed and I’m feeling it now, particularly in my legs!  I love it, though, because I know I worked hard!

I was supposed to have lunch with Caitlin who was flying into Michigan today, but due to issues with their flights that got cancelled.  I thought about running out to Marie Catrib’s anyhow, but once the thunderstorm started that idea went out the window.

Enter, Jimmy John’s and their freaky fast delivery.  I’m addicted.  I know.

It’s that avocado spread they slather on!  It gets me every single time, it’s just so dang good!

Now I really, really want chocolate!  I try to avoid the vending machines in my building…I might have to make an exception today!

I printed out my marathon training plan today!  Training starts in a week and a half!!
