Well, bridesmaids dress shopping was semi-successful. We found a couple good options, but need to check out some other stores to see what else is out there.
On the way home, I stopped at Subway (eat fresh) to grab a quick dinner. I really wanted something home cooked, but it was already after 8 and I was so hungry! The trail mix I ate on the way to the bridal store didn’t tide me over. I think Subway is a great, quick option for a meal. Granted, it can be completely unhealthy if you want it to be, but for the most part, I think it’s a great alternative to the normal fast food choices.
Since I don’t eat meat, there’s not a ton of options at a sandwich shop. I got a 6″ veggie delight on honey oat with American cheese and every single veggie they offered! Lettuce, spinach, onion, tomato, green pepper, black olives, banana pepper, jalapeno, cucumber, and I think some other stuff that I can’t remember. I was craving some veggies!
I got a bag of Sun Chips, too! They are my favorite kind of chip…so yummy! It’s been ages since I’ve had them!
So, now it’s almost 9 and my plans of going to the Y are shot. I had every intention of going, but such is life. Being a good friend (and bridesmaid) is way more important than a run. Yes, I am completely trying to justify my lack of exercise. It’s not really working. My plans for tomorrow night got canceled, so I can go and get a really great workout in then.
